In Car Video and Safety Cameras - In Car Audio and Video Cameras are for insurance and safety purposes. By entering the vehicle, "you" and "your guests" consent to our in car safety audio and video recordings. You and all passengers present in any of our vehicles release VIP Limousines of Nevada®, and VIP Transportation, LLC, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, video and/or or sound recordings. By entering a VIP Limousine of Nevada, or VIP Transportation of Nevada's vehicle you consent to and you waive all rights you may have to any claims for privacy, payment or royalties in connection with any advertising, exhibition of, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event. Our vehicles are not private, they are rented for "public" use. Discretion is advised. Recordings are viewed randomly, upon event triggers, and in the event of a dispute, incident or accident.

When You Request a Reservation

If you elect to make a transportation reservation through our web sites and do not have an established user profile, you will need to furnish your name, telephone number, billing address and credit card type, number and expiration date, in addition to the dates of your reservation, the type of vehicle you will require and the number of adults and children in your party. Our software is PCI compliant and all financial information is encrypted after reservation is completedIn order to permit us to serve you better, you will also be asked to furnish the following additional information, as applicable, although it is not required in order for you to obtain a reservation: your e-mail address; your flight arrival details; and whether you have any special requests. If a guarantee or advance deposit is required in order to secure your reservation, VIP Limousines of Nevada® will then process your credit card for that purpose, gaining appropriate billing authorization from your credit card company. While online, you will be given a reservation confirmation number and if you so request while online, a confirmation of your reservation by email. The information you furnish when making a reservation will be used to fulfill your reservation and may be used as otherwise disclosed in this policy.
